How to Create an Account

Step 1) Create an account

The account is compulsory for all registration and submission to the Congress.
Please enter a valid email for future correspondence and an unique password for future login.
Please enter all the required information (*). You could update the account information after login.

Step 2) Verify your account

You will receive a verification email from the CSC online system.
Please click Click Here in the email.
You will be redirected to the Congress website.
Please click the ACTIVATE & LOGIN button.
After activation, you can then enter into your account.

Step 3) After login, you could update your account information and reset the password at the account page.
