• Please present your registration confirmation email to the staff at the Onsite Regstration Counter to collect the Congress name badge.

Registration Confirmation:​

• An automatic confirmation email will be generated upon the completion of all successful registration. 
• Payment Status will be changed from "Pending" to "Successful" within 7 days of clearance of your payment.
• Registration without appropriate payment will not be confirmed until the full payment is received.
• The official receipt will be sent to you by post upon successful registration.
• Please make sure your mailing address at the account page is correct.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refund can be made for cancellation. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.
